Website data: When you connect your website to RankMesh, our agents access publicly available website content, HTML source code, meta tags, and performance metrics to perform SEO analysis and improvements.

GitHub integration: If you connect GitHub, we access only the repository scopes you explicitly authorise. We create and submit Pull Requests for technical SEO fixes. We do not access unrelated repositories or private code.
Communications: When you contact us, we store the content of your messages to provide support.
Cookies and tracking: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand platform usage. You can opt out via your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.
2. How We Use Your Information

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain anonymised usage data for analytics. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days.
