Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RankMesh platform and services provided by RankMesh Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("RankMesh", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

RankMesh provides an AI-powered autonomous SEO platform that deploys software agents to perform search engine optimisation tasks on your behalf, including content creation, technical fixes, link building outreach, rank tracking, and AI search visibility optimisation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation. By creating an account, you represent that these conditions are met.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RankMesh to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in link spam, cloaking, doorway pages, or other practices that violate Google Webmaster Guidelines
• Generate misleading or deceptive content
• Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the platform's AI models or agent logic
• Resell or sublicense access without written permission

5. GitHub Integration

When you connect GitHub, RankMesh agents create Pull Requests for technical SEO changes. You retain full control — all PRs require your review and approval unless you enable auto-merge. You can revoke access at any time from your GitHub settings. RankMesh is not liable for changes you approve and merge.

6. Payments and Refunds

Self-serve annual plans are billed upfront. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual self-serve plans. Done-For-You plans have a 14-day cancellation window from the service start date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

Content generated by RankMesh agents on your behalf (articles, schema markup, outreach emails) is owned by you. RankMesh retains ownership of the platform, agent models, and underlying technology.

8. Limitation of Liability

RankMesh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. Search engine rankings and AI citation rates cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases. We will provide a data export upon request within 30 days of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
